PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
We are offering customers in Las Vegas and Henderson a preventative maintenance program for your property’s heater and air conditioner at a very special, one time, end-of-season price of $99.00 per year.
We have discovered that on the vast majority of service calls that we have been out on this year the owner does not have a program like this in place, either due to the poor economy or they just did not know they needed one.
Your heater and air conditioner is just like your vehicle, it needs to be serviced on a regular basis or it will break down and be expensive to fix or replace.
Question.....Would you drive your car for 100,000 miles without having it serviced or the oil changed? I seriously doubt it.

For $99.00 per year we will set up a scheduled time to go to your property and perform a 25 point inspection and cleaning to give your equipment extended life and fewer costly repairs.
